English Whisky co launches Norfolk Ginger PX

The English Whisky company has announced the launch of The Norfolk Ginger PX.

The expression comes from The Norfolk PX, which was created by marrying a 15-year-old Pedro Ximenez sherry with the brand’s single malt whisky.

The liquid is then matured for a further two years in oak. The flavour of The Norfolk PX is described as tasting a liquified Christmas pudding.

To turn this Norfolk PX into the Norfolk Ginger PX, the expression is infused with distilled ginger, creating a warmth.

Bottled at 20% ABV, The Norfolk Ginger PX is currently only available through the distillery at an RRP of £25.

The website is currently offering a 10% discount on the total price when purchasing six bottles or more.
