International Beverage seeking senior appointments

Spirits producer International Beverage has launched a search for senior drinks industry executives to become a part of its management team. The search for new appointments is said to be part of the company’s global growth plans for this year and beyond.

Long-standing vice president of sales Malcolm Leask recently took up the role of managing director, as part of the big changes happening at the company.

The business has partnered with executive search agency FWB Park Brown to find four experienced candidates for the following senior management roles:

  • Vice President of sales
  • Operations director
  • Head of supply chain
  • Head of finance and risk

International Beverage is responsible for the global sales, marketing and distribution of a portfolio of premium brands, including Scotch whiskies Old Pulteney, Balblair, anCnoc and Speyburn.

Speaking on the current recruitment drive, the company’s HR director Sam Kirk commented: “This is a very exciting time for our business as we embark on a dynamic new era of growth for our brands.  We have one of the most impressive and highly respected brand portfolios in the industry and we need the very best people on our team to realise their potential and turn our plans into reality for long term success.
