World Beer Awards and World Cider Awards 2023 deadlines approaching

Deadlines for the World Beer Awards and World Cider Awards 2023 are fast approaching, with 19 May the final day to allow for entries in both awards. There is still more time for entries that have yet to ship their products, with the shipping deadline 3 June.

The annual beer awards judge and commend beers in a range of internationally recognised styles, including pale, lager, IPA, wheat, stout and porter, and sour and wild among others.

Winners in 2022 included Necessary Evil Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout as World’s Best Flavoured Beer and Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock as World’s Best Lager.

The annual cider awards are host to a number of categories including flavoured, flavoured perry, still, sparkling and sparkling perry among others.

Winners in 2022 included Henry Westons British Vintage as World’s Best Still Cider and Appie Le Brut au Miel as World’s Best Flavoured Cider.
