New English rum brand Vapoura launches two expressions

New English rum brand Vapoura is launching two new expressions nationwide. Available from the end of June, the brand is releasing both a gold and spiced rum.

Vapoura Golden Rum is distilled in small batches using traditional copper pot stills, with the producer describing the expression as having hints of tobacco and chocolate and notes of vanilla and caramel.

Vapoura Spiced Rum is a combination of a variety of botanicals and is described as having citrus notes of blood orange with fresh turmeric and black cardamom.

CEO and co-founder of Vapoura Rum Charles Barkley commented: “After years of painstaking refinement, we are immensely proud to finally introduce Vapoura to the public. We embody a genuinely premium rum experience, that is 100% produced and developed on English soil - a rarity in the rum sector.

Bottled at 42% ABV, Vapoura Gold Rum is available at an RRP of £65. The Spiced Rum expression, meanwhile, is also bottled at 42% but available for a cheaper RRP of £50. The spirits can be purchased here and enjoyed at select London bars.
