Registration open for free 3M Webinar in November

Registation is currently available for a free 3M webinar in November. Presenter Ollie Rudman will explain how 3M effective filtration technologies and solutions help navigate the filtration hurdles of manufacturing brown spirits.

In preparation for the webinar, 3M have included the following to introduce the topic:

"During the production of distilled spirits, many common issues occur frequently within all spirit manufcature processes, these include the appearance of long chain fatty esters, haze, and barrel char from the aging process. Filtration of these compounds is essential for the reduction of turbidity, and the clarity of the final beverage."

Among the topics to be discussed are:

- Effective solutions to protect equipment

- Efficient removal of barrel char from the ageing process
