Brockmans Gin receives B Corporation certification

Brockmans Gin has been certified as a B Corporation in an achievement that validates the principles of social responsibility that have been “deeply embedded” in the company ethos since its founding in 2006.

Brockmans has been carbon neutral since 2020 and is committed to monitoring its environmental impact and reducing its business footprint.

Neil Everitt, Brockmans founder, comments: “It's not just about making fantastic gin; it's about doing it in a way that's good for both the planet and people.

“The B Corp values also form the bedrock of Brockmans’ Properly Improper philosophy, influencing every aspect of our brand and our belief in doing things properly: Acting with integrity, authenticity, and excellence. We recognise our duty to shape a brighter future, not only for the next generation but also for our team, suppliers, customers, shareholders, and the wider community as well.”

The B Corporation certification process measures a company’s social and environmental performance through a review of its impact on its workers, customers, communities and environment.

Everitt continues: “This is just the beginning of our B Corp adventure. We're committed to keeping up the good work, raising the bar even higher, and making sure every sip of Brockmans comes with a sprinkle of sustainability and a dash of positive impact!”
