Shanky's Whip secures cruise ship listing

Shanky’s Whip, the Irish whiskey liqueur, has a new listing on board P&O cruise ships through a partnership with cruise retailer Harding Retail. 1-litre bottles of the liqueur will be available in global travel retail stores of six of the ships.
The branded retail areas will offer tastings, and giveaways of toy ostriches — representing one of the brand’s characters — and tote bags. 
Elsewhere in travel retail, Shanky’s Whip has listings with ex-US Carnival Cruises and Heinemann’s duty-free shops.
The brand says the listing is a “significant” milestone in its global expansion strategy. Shanky’s Whip is currently distributed in more than 70 countries worldwide, and earlier this year launched its ‘Worth a Try’ television advertising campaign to further grow awareness.
