Tequila Pancho Datos has raised almost £400,000 in investment, the brand has revealed. 

 

Having launched its two expressions, Plata and Reposado, in the UK, Pancho Datos is looking to use the investment to accelerate its growth and brand exposure through sales and marketing initiatives.

 

The new investors include chairman of M&C Saatchi Merlin Richard Thompson, former footballer Jermaine Jenas, and CEO of M&S Saatchi Marcus Peffers. They join former supermodel Jodie Kidd as supporters of the brand. Kidd is a Pancho Datos shareholder and brand ambassador. 

 

Thompson, who was the lead investor in the brand’s current round of investment, shared: “Pancho Datos was such a compelling proposition, and I am delighted to lead this investment round. The liquid, the brand, and the team are fantastic, and with the investors we now have, we can provide business and market expertise, as well as talent to fuel rapid and effective growth.”
