Elle Fanning is the face of Roku Gin campaign

The House of Suntory’s Roku Gin has launched its new Come Alive with the Seasons campaign in collaboration with actress Elle Fanning and filmmaker Sofia Coppola. The campaign invites consumers to “experience the best of every season”.
The campaign vignette, directed by Coppola and starring Fanning, highlights Japanese nature through the gin’s botanicals, which include Sakura flower and leaf, Sencha tea, and yuzu peel. Roku Gin is based around the shun, a Japanese concept that captures the moment when nature is at its peak.
Fanning said: “It is amazing to be partnering with the House of Suntory’s Roku Gin. Their commitment to craftsmanship, nature, and attention to detail is why Roku Gin is inspiring. And working alongside my friend Sofia again to showcase the beautiful concept of shun through our Roku Gin ‘Come Alive with the Seasons’ campaign vignette has been particularly special to me.”
Through the video, the campaign also encourages consumers to “appreciate vibrant, fleeting seasons around them”.
The House of Suntory’s collaboration with Coppola
began last year in celebration of the brand’s centenary, with a video tribute made by the director and starring actor Keanu Reeves.
Along the theme of seasonality, earlier this year Roku released Roku Sakura Bloom, the first limited-edition gin in its Festival Collection. Sakura Bloom celebrates the short Sakura blossom season in Japan, and the Hanami spring festival that centres upon it.
